Return Policy
We respect that you invested your money and trust in us, that’s why we stand behind our products, to provide customer care and satisfaction.
Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the day of purchase or delivery for only accessories.
*Any renewed Device or hardware has 7days exchange policy with no refund
*Any Brand New Device has 7days exchange with 20% restocking fee .otherwise all are consider as final sale.
The device must be in the same condition as it was issued to be eligible for a refund (i.e. no scratches, physical damage, or liquid damage). The initial packaging, manuals, and accessories that come with the product must also be included with the device.
Please contact us at info@www.fix4less.com to initiate a return. Please include in the email the reason of the return and the purchase order. Within three business days, your request will be processed.
Refunds
You will receive a confirmation email with the results of your return request as soon as the device is received and inspected.
If you are accepted, a refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or the original form of payment will be credited.
Note. The customer will bear the shipping cost of the returned product
Exchanges
We only exchange devices if, during the warranty period, if they are faulty or defective with no physical or water damage. Please give us an email at info@www.fix4less.com with your order number if you need to file a warranty claim.
Shipping

It is the responsibility of the consumer to pay return shipping charges. There are non-refundable delivery charges. The cost of delivery will be deducted from the refund if you get a refund.
You need to use a trackable shipping service and/or buy shipping insurance to return a device. Because of shipping logistics, during the return shipment, we are not responsible for missing or damaged items.
Warranty
A written guarantee, issued to the purchaser of a product by its manufacturer, promising to repair or replace it if necessary, within a specified period of time; and we stand by the definition.
Certified Pre-Owned
A 90-day warranty comes against every defect of each certified pre-owned device. This guarantee covers everything that can go wrong with your device (i.e. screen stops responding to touch commands). This warranty shall not extend to defects arising out of any action by you, including but not limited to, mismanagement, physical harm, liquid damage, improper use, activity within design limits, improper repair or alteration.
This warranty is Invalid if your computer shows proof that it has been tampered with or shows proof that it has been damaged due to excessive corrosion; or current, heat, humidity, or vibration; inappropriate specification; misuse; misuse; violence or other operating conditions beyond the control of fix4less. The warranty is also Invalid if the client makes any program changes that are not restricted to uploading unauthorized or unauthorized software, viruses, malware, spyware, or attempts to alter the software.
Please ensure the unit does not have any liquid or physical damage to start a claim. Contact us to get a return shipping label at info@www.fix4less.com. In-warranty replacements would not cause you to pay for return shipping costs.
Mobile Device Repair
All of our repairs are done using initial /Premium and high-quality parts by qualified technicians. With a 90-day warranty against any manufacturer defects, we back up any repair. This warranty shall not extend to defects arising out of any action by you, including but not limited to, mismanagement, physical harm, liquid damage, improper use, activity within design limits, improper repair or alteration.
